Each different brand of disposables will use its e-juice. While you may find there is some crossover with brands using similar flavors like watermelon ice, peach ice, banana ice, etc. – they may taste quite different. You may find that some of the more prominent brands of disposable will also sell the flavors they use separately to be used in refillable vape devices.
